Kenny is a highly effective ACTA qualified adult educator with an outstanding record of facilitating over 1000 stand-up and online trainings for a wide range of learners in both WSQ and non-WSQ courses. These trainings were focused on areas of Leadership and People Management, Sales and Marketing, Sales Service Management, Service Excellence, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship and Business Skills. He also has experience in Motivational Based Training and Outdoor Adventurous Based Training. Being bilingual in English and Mandarin, he was able to conduct training in various countries such as Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Singapore.

Apart from that, Kenny is an accomplished and integrity-driven professional who offers business performance consulting to assist companies, particularly SMEs, to improve their productivity and performance. Some of his clients include Manulife Insurance Berhad, Sime Darby Berhad, Cosmo Group; Government Agencies and Tertiary Institutions.

As a Corporate Trainer, Kenny developed training curriculum and courseware to conduct training for his clients. His clients include Skin Inc Solution, Lagardere Services Singapore, Specialist Dental Group, Kenko Wellness, Singapore Jewellers Association, Levi’s, dENiZEN, Dockers, Popular Book Company and Joyre TCMedi Spa. His past corporate appointments include Group Human Resource Development Manager, Training Manager and Project Manager.

Kenny graduated with outstanding grades in Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management Studies from University of Bradford, United Kingdom. He constantly keeps himself updated by attending Train-the-Trainer programmes conducted by world class trainers. He has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and Blending Learning with Work and Technology (BLWT) from Institute for Adult Learning (IAL).
