The purpose of this initial diagnosis is to gain a better understanding of your company. After the diagnosis is submitted, the preliminary report will take approximately 3-5 working days. We will contact you once the report is ready.

The diagnosis will take approximately 10 – 15  minutes and comprises 3 sections:

Section 1 of 3: About the Business (As-is State)
Section 2 of 3: Goals (To-be State) 
Section 3 of 3: Assessment of your Company’s Current Condition
