Henry is experienced in the manufacturing, shipping and logistics industry. He has held several senior management positions in MNCs with good governance procedures and engaged in the best practices relevant to the industry. He also has several years of experience managing SMEs and family-owned businesses. Hence, he is very conversant with the pain points and constraints of SMEs and has provided many solutions to solve their challenges.

He has helped numerous companies with regional business & agency development, as well as the conceptualisation and implementation of business strategies, business modelling, pricing strategies and go-to-market strategies.

Henry is a trained accountant with experience in the role of a Chief Financial Officer. He has overseen many financial restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business tax planning projects, private equity (PE) fundraising and short-term/long-term budgeting projects in the region.
