Yi Vean is a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PSCMC) certified by TÜV SÜD in the areas of Standards Adoption and Business Strategy Development. She is especially competent in the identification of elements essential to organisational excellence and issues in products and services.

On top of that, she is a lead auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System.

Prior to joining Advanced Consultancy, Yi Vean worked for SAC, UKAS and JAS-ANZ accredited certification body as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices. Passionate about continual improvement, she has also worked as a QA Analyst at a multinational corporation previously, where she performed root cause analysis and provided customers with short & long-term corrective actions.

Since joining Advanced Consultancy in year 2018, she has worked extensively on ISO standards, Business Strategy Development (formerly known as Business Excellence), bizSAFE and CaseTrust Accreditation Scheme in various fields, which includes manufacturing, pharmaceutical, construction, information technology, retail, cleaning, food, and social services. Yi Vean is experienced in serving both public and private sector clients and has successfully led projects in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Some of the clients she has worked with include Forefront Medical, Transmedic, Far East Group, Singtel, Zap Piling, Golden Pagoda Buddhist Temple, Casa Raudha Women Home, Paradise Group and Ah Yat Abalone.
