Kelvin served as Head of Sales Channel (GE Money Singapore), GE Capital in 2004 when Singapore Post and GE Money Singapore forged a distribution partnership for GE Money’s award-winning personal loan product known as “ezyCash”. Under the leadership of Kelvin, GE money achieved a turnover of about $350 Million in 2010. It was also named “Best Consumer Credit Product in Asia 2006” at the annual Asian Banker Excellence in Retail Financial Services Award.

Subsequently, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) inked a deal in end 2010 to acquire GE Money Singapore valued at $1 Billion. Kelvin continued to serve in SCB as VP, Head of Loan Sales where he spearheaded multiple bank retail products’ sales.

Since 2016, he has been conducting consultancy and training services and has a training platform which is a SkillsFuture (SSG) Approved Training Provider.

In 2020, he joined Enterprise Singapore, assisting SMEs on transformation & improvement of business management capabilities, while advising on all funding programmes under the Government. Besides that, he also drove group-based upgrading projects & business operation strategies, as well as managed capability workshops to transfer business knowledge to SMEs.

Kelvin strongly believes business opportunities are through long-term relationship building. Equipped with vast Financial, Sales, Marketing, Training, Business Strategy Services & IT solutions experiences, he enjoys sharing, coaching of professionals and extends his expertise by reaching out to corporate executives and SME business owners.
