As the CEO, Chris is responsible for Advanced Consultancy’s overall direction. This means a commitment to bringing innovative and unique solutions to clients.

An organisation can only thrive when its solutions have helped clients solve their challenges. Within a 5-year span, Advanced Consultancy has successfully assisted more than 1,000 companies in various industries to grow their businesses.

The cornerstone of an organisation lies within its people. He believes in decentralised leadership; everyone should be given the opportunity and right guidance to realise their full potential. Employees are encouraged to try out new initiatives and find ways to challenge the company’s status quo. He believes that being afraid to make mistakes is, in itself, the greatest mistake.

Chris is often invited as a guest speaker for events, most recently at a Workforce Development Agency (now known as Workforce Singapore) event for PMETs and events organised by the SME Centres.
