Candice’s broad experience in both the public and private sectors spans across industry and business capabilities development, workforce and HR strategies formulation, organisation development (OD), process management, project management as well as ISO9000 audits and consultancy for businesses in the manufacturing and service sectors. She was a key member of the pre-opening teams of three organisations which include a pioneering consulting firm in Malaysia, and two hotel brands of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Singapore.

In the years she worked at the Singapore Tourism Board, Infocomm Media Development Authority and DesignSingapore Council, she was instrumental to the formulation of strategies for multiple sectors such as Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Advertising, Media, Infocomm and Design (place-making and object-making), assisting businesses to transform and transcend global competition.
