Ben is a skilled Management Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in planning, developing and executing performance excellence initiatives to help enterprises achieve their mission, improve results, and become more competitive. He is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC), certified under Enterprise Singapore’s Consultant Quality Initiative (CQI). Ben also holds other professional certifications such as Certified Productivity Practitioner and Certified Productivity Consultant (with emphasis on Retail and Food Services), which are endorsed by Asian Productivity Organisation (Japan) and Japan Productivity Centre, respectively.

Ben brings with him a strong foundation in Business Excellence (BE), and has assisted more than 100 companies, both private and public, in achieving the various prestigious Business Excellence Awards and Certifications. As a certified Singapore Quality Award (SQA) National Assessor, Ben has participated in several SQA assessments, of which some involved award-winning organisations.

Ben also supports small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the identification and adoption of proven solutions to help them improve business efficiency and transform the workforce. He works across every industry on a wide range of issues and offers an outside, expert perspective on their business challenges.

His past projects involved clients such as SingPost, Watson’s, NTUC Income, Pu Tien, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, National Healthcare Group (NHG), Raffles Hotel, Nippon Paint and Mothercare.
