Echan is a leading foam manufacturer in Singapore that takes pride in producing quality material that is comfortable and durable. They have been supporting the needs of thousands of businesses since its inception in 1995 and have worked closely with partners to address the evolving demands of the market for polyurethane foam.
Even though Echan has been in the foam industry for many years, they did not place much emphasis on marketing. There was no marketing plan in place to further build the brand or increase revenue. Apart from that, the absence of a structured Human Resource (HR) programme meant that job roles were not clearly defined and employees did not have chances to upgrade their skills via training programmes.
